Nicole Preinfalk

Focuses her practice in the areas of Commercial Law, Foreign Investment, Company Law, and Real Estate transactions. Member of the Costa Rican Bar Association she has been practicing law since 1999.

She developed expertise in mortgage financing working for the mortgage division of Banco Interfin S.A. which was then bought out by Scotiabank. Nicole is the legal counsel for firms such as DHL (Costa Rica), S.A., Multifrio, S.A., Tripptrading Enterprioses (USA), Corporacion Matrixactiva, S.A. among others.
